It’s that time of year again for our ELP Summit! Our theme for the summit this year is “The DNA of Leadership.” We will be focusing on preserving the amazing heritage that our ministry has as well as ensuring that our future continues to carry the organization forward with the original DNA that we began with. We are trusting God to do some amazing things at the summit this year!

My Testimony in Brief: Due to circumstances of rape and rejection, I started my teenage years searching for love in all the wrong places. I found a sense of belonging in living the fast life. Before I knew it, needles became the only thing I could trust to take the pain away. My life turned into a series of jail and rehab stays. Finally, after facing possible prison time, I was introduced to Teen Challenge. God cracked the walls around my heart and grabbed a hold of me with his unfailing love. I haven’t been the same way since.
The ELP’s Impact on My Leadership: ELP has helped me to structure my leadership skills to be effective working in the office and with people.
The Purpose and Calling God has Given Me: God has called me to be a beacon of light to those who call our center, and to be an asset to the administrative side of the ministry.
