Current Course

This month we start a new core course Conflict Management and our text: The Peacemaker by Ken Sande. Peacemakers are people who breathe grace. They draw continually on the goodness and power of Jesus Christ, and then they bring his love, mercy, forgiveness, strength, and wisdom to the conflicts of daily life. God delights to breathe his grace through peacemakers and use them to dissipate anger, improve understanding, promote justice, and encourage repentance and reconciliation. I will email you the pdf workbook for this course. Your first post will be up on the forum by Monday, October 17th.

Whether you are a follower who is just beginning to discover the impact of leadership or a natural leader who already has followers, you can become a better leader. No matter where you are in the leadership process, the greater the number of laws you learn, the better leader you will become.

We will send you the DVD set from the office. When the course is finished please return the DVD’s, if not your center will be charged the cost ($299) of the DVD’s. Your first post will be up on the forum Monday, March 16th

ELP Highlights – June 2014

My name is Cailee Dean and I am currently a student at Women at the Well in Athens, TN. God delivered  me from a 9 Cailee Dean WATWyear battle with self-mutilation. I was in and out of psychiatric facilities for 8 years. Doctors told me I was crazy and I would end up killing myself, but God had a different plan. He delivered me from death’s grip and has set me free. I believe God is leading me to youth ministry of some kind.  I desire to minister hope to teens and young adults who are struggling with self-mutilation and depression.

ELP has taught me how to be a godly leader and has given me the tools to walk in and carry out God’s calling on my life.
